Patient came with the complaint of pain in the root canal treated teeth . We advised intra oral radio graph. RVG revealed infected root canal treated teeth with periapical lesion extending to the lateral teeth . We advised extraction and replacement of upper central incisors followed by root canal treatment for both the upper lateral incisors.
As per the Treatment Plan we perform the above procedure and placed Acrylic crown immediatly .
