Smile designing in chennai

Patient visited our hospital with the complaint of decay and missing teeth in upper front tooth region. Also patient wanted a new makeover of smile. So we advised Root Canal treatment followed by Zirconium bridge.


As planned Root canal treatment was done by the root canal specialist. After 3 days crown cutting was done .


Within 2 days Zirconium crown was fixed permanently.

Front Tooth Replacement in Chennai

Patient visited our Parasu Dental Hospital with the chief complaint of being lost his front teeth in an accident 8years back and underwent bridge in the front tooth region.



Patient was not satisfied with the smile and he wants to change his crown.We took x-ray and we found the caries were already close to the pulp.Therefore we advised the patient to go for root canal treatment  followed by zirconium crown in the front tooth region.



We removed the older crown which was placed earlier and  root canal treatment was done by Best Root Canal Specialist in Chennai in the front tooth region followed by tooth measurement.



After 3 days zirconium crown has been placed in the patient's mouth with the permanent cement.


Now,Patient regained his happy smile.

Baby tooth care at medavakkam

INFANT  ORAL  CARE :


I am aware of the person who can make me laugh when no one else want to and even when i dont expect anyone to : My BABY .....

Taking care of the smile giver is my responsibility and i do it perfectly this way:


  • As Soon as the baby is born he / she is fed with mother milk. It is ideal to clean the infants gums with wet cloth after every food.  Mothers milk is one of the most essential for baby till 1year.






  •  As Mothers milk usually devindles after 6 months hence , it is no longer sufficient  for babies growth  & development.                                                                                                                                      
  • As this stage semisolids are introduced into the diet. It is rather the time for chewing and for accumlation of food in the mouth.







To Take care of the childs Oral Hygiene :

It is Mandatory to clean the childs mouth once the baby starts eating food and when first tooth peeps out.


  • Hand brush can be introduces to the baby to gently clean the tooth from 8 months.






  • Slowly a rice  size tooth paste can be introduced after 1 1/2 years for brusing in the morning.
  • After 3 years a pae size flouride tooth paste can be used with a small brush with soft bristles.






  • Generally when semi solid foods are introduced it is mandatory to give some water after every meal.So thats our baby would not develop caries and maintain good health .
