Patient lost his front tooth in a bike accident and wants to regain his smile back.After his accident his middle tooth were placed inside.
On considering his clinical & radiographic examination the middle teeth has to be considered for root canal and the other two teeth has to be considered with the replacement of basal implants.
Once the implants are placed and permanent crown has been delievered within 3 days and patient's teeth designed based on his earlier photographs.
