Patient came with a complaint of shaking tooth due to an accident.Since it was the front tooth,we gave the option of removal of  teeth  and  immediate replacement with dental implant(Basal implants).

 The tooth was removed painlessly under local anaesthesia and replaced with swizz basal implant (beces)immediately .Impression was made and Temporary crown given.Zirconium crown was given           the next day.
